5. He has not been previously suspended for this.
6. He pledges not to break this rule of any other rules in the future.
7. He has decided to change the name of his dog from Gerry to Chicken, regardless of how much hassle it causes, in honor of the admins of TD.

Any update on acgeaux? He has been gone for a while and knowing him, his remarks were extremely out of character and shouldn't be a worry at all in the future.
