State his case? He posted nudity almost 3 years ago. You dont think enough time has passed that a case doesn't really need to be stated?

Understood, he's always been a little too strong with the personal attacks on not just the poliboard but every board he posts on and I've told him a time or two to tone it down and keep it within reason.
Btw, can you tell me if this guy is banned or just quit? He was a solid poster especially on the poliboard.
