My brother bought a brand new double wide probably 8-10 years ago and paid less than $60K for it, 4 bd/2.5 bath. The land was around $20K if I remember correctly. They sold last year for over $200K.

Similar scenario on my road
10 year old 16x80 but the land was probably half of a city lot sold for 129k and was on the market a week. This is in 2023. I was flabbergasted.
