Yes he is. Watch LSU games with him in the fall. He's spent the last two Thanksgivings with the SO and I at our apartment.

Edit: I believe I still have two of his Pyrex dishes somewhere in my kitchen...should probably return those.

Yeah I know who you are. I wouldn't worry too much about that, I don't think he cooks much

what year did greg get to CHS?

It was either 98 or 99 as his first year. Pretty sure I had him the first year- and I seem to remember him having come in in the middle of the year as a replacement for another teacher.

It's been a good 15 years since I saw him last and by reading all of what is being said of him, it seems he got crazier as the years went by!

Good to see that they brought Alello in for the service; sorry I had to miss it.

I would say not. He left them at my house 2 Thanksgivings ago, came back this past Thanksgiving and cooked in them at my house, and subsequently left them again.

I believe '96-'97 was his first year. I originally had Mrs. Cain for physics, but she left mid-year to go back to BASF. Then Sollie took over her classes in addition to the ones he was already teaching.

'99 checking in. I had another teacher take his physics class with us during her off period. You talk about that made for some funny shite.

I won't even try and figure it out. I barely remember high school at this point. Most people wouldn't remember me either. I kept to myself.

Don't remember Mrs. Cain, but you may be right about him being there in 97.

Class of '99 here and I can't remember if he taught anything other than physics. Wasn't that taken senior year? I thought I had him either sophomore or junior year... Hard to remember- that was half a lifetime ago!

Class of '02 here. Never had Sollie as a teacher but would always see him in the halls. He will be missed.

Taken way too early from his family and obviously many who he had a positive impact on at Catholic. He is one of the main reasons that I graduated after getting a major case of senioritis. Helped me pull my head out of my arse and for that I will be forever grateful.

Yeah. It was biology as a freshman, physical science as a sophomore, chemistry as a junior, and then physics. I knew my fate was sealed as an engineer as soon as I started taking physics.
