I mean, if we being honest, who hasn't played Dr at home, without a medical license? Someone has a headache I tell them to take an oxycodone. Someone has diarrhea, morphine will cure it right on up. Someone says they are feeling down on life, just pop a oxycotin. I mean, we have all done this from time to time yet shouldn't get arrested for this. Its just common cents.

Florida warrants don’t specify the method used to serve the court order. How is a Judge qualified to tell LEO officers the best way to safely do their job?
The article said the swat team announced themselves. It clearly provided the offender the opportunity to arm himself endangering everybody.
They should have broken in his door.
