Florida man hid camera inside roommate's bedroom

I thought as long as one party was aware of the recording it was legal? Maybe they have some weird laws on this in Florida.

Dudes name is Gay.....ummmmm I dont know what I would think if someone introduced himself as 'Gay'. Would I be heterophopic or homophopic if I initially thought he was telling me he was a homo out of the box?? Sooooo confused how to function in public today...
Also, it would be interesting if the motel guy hid verbage about being filmed in the room contract people just tend to sign...and how that would hold up in court.

Each state has it's own laws on it, and i'm thinking you are thinking more about phone calls and audio recordings. Privacy in a bedroom/home should be a fundamental right. But in todays world it isnt, but other things are...
