Dude is a professional.
I knew a guy who was legally blind and drove a john deere riding mower around. The deck had been ruined so they gave it to Ol' Man. He had a big orange flag he mounted on it. He worked at the coop in Aliceville for years. Was unbelievably strong. I saw him load his riding mower into the back of a truck without ramps. He just picked it up and put it in the bed.
I would bet that florida man lost his license to a dui and this was his mode of transportation.
