"Hi, I'm (scam artist) and I'll be in [awkward pause and poorly inserted city name] area and I want to teach you my secrets to investing and success".
The only secret I want to know is how this guy manages to pull people in every year!

People still get scammed by Nigerian princes, timeshares, and robocallers. A house flipping operation seems like a safe investment in comparison.

This guy had the same same ads in New Orleans, but he pronounced it New Oar-leans. Someone must have jumped his arse about it because he says it now with a more local flair in his newest ads.
