There's a pretty gruesome video of a Mexican guy getting flayed, then they kind of wisk his heart, like they're making a roux, then they cut his heart out and place it on his neck, it's still beating.
This is all after he watched them cut his father's head off right next to him.

Yeah, and just like OP theorized about shootings here, that incident in Mexico sent a signal and ended all violence down there.

Yeah some of those cartel murders are straight up hardcore. You thought the Islamic killing was bad? The Mexicans are like "hold my beer..."
