Right but BR does have lots of abandoned cars. Where are the towing companies? They should be towing cars off constantly! THEY are the ones responsible for these shootings!
And put some damn street lights up! I bet at least half of these shootings are simply because people got scared in the dark and just shot at a shadow moving.
