First time in a few I was able (and actually needed the sleep) to sleep in and was woken up much earlier than I had wanted cause the neighbors are spreading dirt for the new home being built.

Just got a call from my parents realtor (while I'm at work) saying the seller of the mobile home they are supposed to close on next month are now backing out.
I have yet to tell my dad and just the thought of having to tell him makes me want to vomit and cry right now.

I guess, I'm just having a hard time staying positive. My family keeps getting shite on left and right lately it seems. For once I just need something to go right for them. My dad is gonna be a basket case when I do tell him (I will tell him tomorrow either when I get off work in the am or before I go back to work)

It was under a purchase agreement. The realtor will make the seller refund my dad for the home inspection plus the money they had to pay for background check to be approved by the park as tenants.
Not much we can do unless we want to sue them

I think about you and your family even when we are not chatting. This sucks, it really does.
But they are safe , they are finding jobs,You moved your family all the way from LA to AZ. YOU DID THAT. Your dad got a van. you found a place, turns out its the wrong one.
But you have accomplished so much already and you are SO CLOSE to getting this chapter closed. Have a little more faith. You dont have to do this, its already done. Just believe that God has a way and know, please know that you are so very much loved by so many

Thank you Owlie for the kind words. I know deep in my heart it will all work out, it's just the strain on me lately has been overwhelming. I spend every single day on the phone with my father reassuring him. Small things seems like huge disasters to him now.
Me having to tell him about this? I dread it cause I know he is gonna feel very distraught over it. It's like he has lost all coping mechanisms right now.
