If you charged it with Freon you unfortunately have a leak somewhere

Is your fan on your outside unit spinning while the ac is running?

Is the unit draining to the outside? The drain line might be stopped up and some units have a switch that will shut it off. Or the coil may be frozen if you’re running it at 65 or below.
