Speaking of morons, people who wear seatbelts am I right? Would much rather be ejected from the vehicle than stay inside an enclosure specifically designed to protect me if a collision is to occur

All you have to do is post to show that you are a moron.

And the number of people decked out with full face shields walking around the airport is hilarious. This includes several families I’ve seen where young kids under 10 not only have masks but face shields too

I flew through Atlanta last week twice on the way to Charleston and back. Saw a total of 2 people wearing face shields.

Saw more people wearing masks around their necks.

Imagine making fun of people for trying to avoid getting a novel virus that has killed over 150,000 people in this country in a few months.

Imagine thinking you're going to avoid being exposed to this virus.

The virus didn't kill them. Trump killed them. Duh.

Not to mention they cycle in fresh air every 2-3 minutes

I can definitely see why it is safer to fly than go out to a restaurant

I think the planes themselves are fairly safe - but the rest of the time at the airport I'd say is less safe than a restaurant, or comparable at best. I connected through Atlanta a few days ago and there were more people than I expected.

I saw one person with a face shield.

I saw a mom and her two kids at LAX two weeks ago wearing masks, face shields, and tyvek suits

These people wearing the tyvek suits crack me up. Also saw a few people wearing ski goggles. Just drive if you are this scared.

I have flown every week since February and in the beginning were on flights that I was the only passenger with three flight attendants.

I've seen that movie, or at least the first 2 and a half minutes of it.

Truth.

Everyone will eventually be exposed.

Probably, but damn, it's been over a decade since I got the flu, for example.

I see no reason for people to be in a rush to get it.

I’m 32 and have never had the flu. Haven’t caught COVID either.

I’m the master race Hitler wanted.

Everyone already has.
At any time roughly 2 million in America are infected on average since this started.

4 million plus confirmed cases.
6-24 x that many as most missed, especially at start.
So let's say 40 million.
2 week cycles.
Let's say 20 weeks so far.
That's 2 million on avg over this outbreak.

Serious question. Just because you are exposed does that mean you are guaranteed to get it?
