If they have blind people glasses on an they have a dog I think "that blind person has a service dog".
The last time I was on an airplane I sat across a lady and man (guy appeared to be her son, nephew or something) and the guy had a toy poodle in a carry on kennel type thing and every once in awhile he would take the dog out, the woman would hold and pet it then he would put it back in. My thoughts were "so there was no way she could have flown without that dog? I bet if she had to pick to fly without the dog or stay back with the dog. she would be on the plane without the dog"

So just look for the sign before you go in that says that pets are allowed and don't go in. Problem solved.

This exactly.

Actual service animals are very expensive.
Only if you can’t train the dog yourself. I have a bad back, and my dog can bring me all manner of items. I don’t bring him around as a service dog, but I would if I was having a bad flare up. Just roll your eyes from coach.

I don't really want to worry about being bitten or attacked by a dog. I get that Lowes may allow it but it just seems like a hassle for everyone involved unnecessarily.
It sounds like you need an emotional support stuffed animal...

Awesome that someone gets to bring their dog everywhere they go.
