The Louisiana version of MMJ permits only non smokable forms with very little THC. It's not like they'll be selling flower and edibles there.

You mean one of the most crime riddled cities in the country?

Weed is insanely easy to get on or around LSU’s campus. Why not make it legal, take money out of drug dealers pockets, tax the fuch out of it and cops can fight real crimes instead for arresting college kid with a joint.
