I had me one o' them "mobile homes".

Got rid of the first wife and the trailer within 3 months of each other. Made a little bit of money on one, lost $18K on the other.

Both good deals.

I didn't say anything about adult life being easy. No doubt it involves a lot more responsibility, but to say I'm thankful for the effort I put forth in college would be an understatement. Marriage, kids, home, travel, and family life is a fantastic next chapter.
