The student loan thing is only for people with loans from 2010 on.

Yup, we dither over loan forgiveness while leaving interest rates around 7%. To me, it makes far more sense to tank the interest rates (hell, make it retroactive if you like), than to just randomly offer forgiveness.

Perfect opportunity to pay those things down with no interest being charged. Hell, I'm going to double my payments. All of it goes to principal. Really debating whether or not I want to take that stimulus check and pay the whole damn thing off.
