On Firefox the vote is blocked by a video with a message stating "Firefox is not allowed on this page. F5 this..." but on theirs I can access it just fine.

Clearly, someone hacked the page to block LSU people from voting on Firefox. I suspect the host site might disqualify AZ for doing that.

I think it was the host site. I doubt they'd be capable of doing that. Especially considering they're votes were blocked earlier.
