It's posts like this that make me think the picture in the OP was not fake.

It's a (possibly fake) post by a video game creator saying he always includes gay characters in his games, and the gay character is the actual person playing the game.

Pretty much everyone from my generation that grew up playing Playstation or even Nintendo knows the series Metal Gear. Hideo Kojima is a legend.

Even if its fake he has a pretty wicked sense of humor and like to screw with the player's sense of agency..... I could almost imagine him saying that line.
