I think anyone that followed closely had reason to feel uncomfortable with how things have happened since the incident. I think that’s likely in large part clumsiness of law enforcement and poorly managed expectations but get why people think there could be some weird wrinkles out there yet to be shared.

Lack of solid info paired with leaks of unconfirmed info and expectations that we should know everything these days makes it easy for imagination to run wild though

Their approach was wrong in this investigation. They are only looking at the shooter. They should have looked at the victims as well. Collectively, what does that group of people have in common. My guess is that it was white people listening to a country concert. Pretty damned red white and blue crowd. This guy was politically motivated and was going after the MAGA crowd in an effort to make a maximum impact. My thought that he was a leftist loon who decided gun violence would be his final statement.

This isn’t rocket science. They couldn’t come up with a a motive because they didn’t look hard enough. They should not have published that report.
