I just reason with her. If I'm right, she'll get upset and not say anything. If I'm wrong, I'll usually just admit it and tell her that she got me. She's an attorney so we have some pretty good debates.
If all logic and reason are out the window I tell her that she's acting like her mother and ask her if that's the person she wants to be. Things usually explode from there.

I just tell her to do whatever she wants. Most shitnisnt worth fighting over and when we actually do fight, she knows I mean what I say.
Just let the wife choose, shut your mouth and do whatever. If it's something significant, stand your ground. If not, who cares?

If she is way wrong I just concisely tell her why I disagree and end argument- it is basically like making a fire line in a Forrest fire - fire goes out and I usually get an apology in the morning
