Just so happens there is an airport in north Baton Rouge. We were training. In this particular picture one of us was on a right base for runway 4L.

There was a story about how the Russians were going to start flying missions over international waters in the Gulf. I would imagine we had such "missions" flying around all the time during the Cold War when the USSR was doing the same.
