So this bitch doesn't follow the rules for whatever reason. The man confronts her about failing to follow the rules. Instead of explaining her position to the man, the woman reacts by punching him in the face.

I think if you go around trying to enforce some non-law and it is not part of your job, you're assuming the risk that someone might pop you in the nose. And, in that event, you got exactly what you went looking for.
