Just wait .. Mom, daughter and teacher have been on trips together. I would venture a guess the mother of the student was the instigator of the whole thing.

like i said, mom and teacher start it off, daughter comes along later, mom finds out and gets jealous, and here we are... that's the most plausible, but like i said, i still have my doubts about the mom and the teacher angle...
unless you have direct knowledge, and if you do, you might as well, like another poster said, say the names, as they are are legally adults
