If you hate Nola, then you'll HATE Houston, Boston, NYC, LA, Chicago, LA, San Francisco, Dallas, Phoenix, etc. You know, cities a lot bigger than Nola.

New Orleans has more of an infrastructure problem than anything. Still using interstates that haven't changed since they were constructed in the Sixties.

I took the westbank express way and 90 home because i always check Google maps before i leave work. I drove to BR every morning for 2 years from Gramercy now i drive to Algiers from Gramercy and i gotta say BR is way fricking worse .
