This. Even if the guy almost hit his dog, he jumped to a racist, bigoted tirade instead of focusing on the driving safety issue. What people immediately say when they get angry tells you a lot about someone's mindset, attitudes, belief systems, and the kind of person they are.

but I don't think someone just goes off on that tirade out the blue because they hate black people.
There are certainly people that will
There are just as many black that will start calling white folks cracker arse crackers for no reason
When I worked in retail this common place. Everything is in terms of race for blacks. I have seen them start stuff and finally just get a you people out of a frustrated hourly worker and start acting like they won the lottery. Black coworkers would stand up for the employee.
Once I did not even know I was being both threatened and having some new slurs thrown at me over enforcing a return policy. I was new to area. My black coworker pulled me over and quietly informed me that he was a gang member, and she was getting scared and wanted to leave counter.
I can’t judge someone’s whole life by one stupid outburst unless that is the standard they have set themselves for others. I have seen people get pushed with stuff said in their face to trying to using something they know will piss them off. It’s not an excuse, but some word out of the norm in one very heated exchange is forgivable. Would have to know more about person before writing them off for one interaction.
A lot of black America would be written off if they got canceled for every derogatory outburst or tweet about another race, and every crime a black commits against another race would be labeled as a hate crime.
In general I am also tired of people who film everything. They can have so many interactions with white people a day but focus of the few like this or ones somehow not recorded to then project as being like most interactions.

I loved the, "Hey, what's up though?" at the end.

I am not sure why the FedEx guy would want to broadcast to the world that he is unable to speak plain English.

He got outed by a coworker and reported to his company. Probably out of a job already.

Was he doing something job related?

And this the problem. No, not work related, but his company now has a PR nightmare. Keep him and have BLM on your doorstep as supporting a racist, even though this had nothing to do with his job or work.
Don't fire him, and you will have BLM on your doorstep every day for weeks or months on CNN.
It's a shame this country is that now now a days.

The company has posted on Twitter that they are aware of it, but have denied he works there. Another says the guy is 70 years old, so likely retired and doesn't give a shite what anyone thinks, anyway.
