Well unfortunately its looking like I will not have a choice in the matter if I wish to stay employed. I have no problem with what someone chooses to do with there won body. I just do not like having to chose food on the table and a roof over my head or being essentially forced to take a shot I am not 100% sure about. I am looking at the info s few here have guided me to.

The part they struggle with is being in denial of their risk.

I'm aware.

But when you preface your questions with statements like I quoted, it tells me you are coming in with less than an open mind.

Human nature must've hit 4th gear on it's own then in the last couple of decades with no other catalysts present.

Here we go. HR departments nationwide preparing to require it for no damn good reason. Frick any company that is pushing this on its employees.

Glad I own my business. I will certainly not be requiring my employees to get the shot. That decision should be left up to them to make.

Exactly, the average ot poster can't admit they are overweight much less that they are at risk.

For those saying they don't anyone hospitalized over covid..... you must live in a very rural town.

Right. I'm 37 and 5' 11" and weigh 165 pounds. I exercise everyday and mostly eat healthy. I haven't been to the doctor in years, which is my own fault. I got the vaccine. I'm pretty sure I'm healthy, but not 100% sure. I'm good with a person making their own decision about it, but I don't think anyone really knows how "at-risk" they are.

Let me preface this by saying this is not medical advice but.....

If a male feels they have to get the jab for work but feels they are at low risk, I might consider doing the following:

Get the J&J one dose and take Advil soon after getting the shot to decrease the side effects of the shot.

It won’t be as protective as the 2 shot regimens, but the one shot plus Advil right away may decrease your overall side effects and may be more acceptable to some.

I was vaccinated in the first week vaccinations were available to the general public. I had no problem getting vaccinated.

Am I open minded now?

this is because society coddles fat people and makes it seem like they're healthy regardless of their body weight. (haes)

Where do you live? I honestly find this hard to believe at this point.

I know a few adults and a couple of kids (that’s more recent) that have been hospitalized. Thankfully not many deaths but have seen a couple of those too.

One more for you, if the success rate is 90+% on these shots, why the need for a booster so early on in the use and will this be a never ending booster shot cycle? Not trying to come at you sarcastic.

but you have half arse become that with the ivermectin shite.

No I am not pushing it. Just sharing my story and have said it is anecdotal. What I do is call out the idiots saying Ivermectin is "cattle medication" because that is disingenuous at best.

Ivermectin is a medication used to treat parasites and worms are parasites but being a cattle dewormer was never its intended use but rather an added benefit.

It is a WHO essential medicine and many parts of the world wouldn't be alive or able to function without it.

I agree with you about businesses being free to mandate what they want to. Where I have a problem is that if that is the case for the vaccine then that needs to spread to all aspects of a business but yet we are still picking and choosing what they can mandate based on politics. If you want the Government to get out of private businesses then they should be all the way out. No more forcing a Colorado baker to bake a cake.

I will say u like you, most in this thread arguing against the vaccine have the iq of 90.

I haven't argued against it. I have questioned a lot about it but I have said numerous times IDC what people do.

I will post what I said in another thread yesterday in regards to my stance:

I just don't understand pushing the everyone must be vaccinated narrative many have adopted. That's the only gripe I have. Everyone makes fun of "Karens" without realizing they have turned into one over the vaccine. Not you BTW but in general.

Just so you know my stance, I have said I understand why some people get it and encouraged my 65-year-old mother to do so due to her risk-benefit analysis.

I am not telling anyone to not get it either. My wife isn't getting it but I would understand if she chose to and that's her choice. My wife had Covid months before I did and we were both fine and both still have antibodies. We are both in our 40s and she is in great shape but and I am overweight. I should be a statistic honestly. I took Ivermectin when I had it. If that helped me or not is anecdotical but considering how mild my case was just reaffirmed to me that I will wait and see what long-term side effects this vaccine has if any.

I just don't get those that are trying to push and insult others into getting it without knowing the full story so there's mine. I am not a "dumb anti-vaxxer that doesn't understand how they work"
