I watched a part of that press conference by the lawyers and was embarrassed. These guys should have said something along the lines of, “We represent the family. The family is deeply sorry for the losses sustained by those who were killed and injured. We have nothing further to say as there is an ongoing investigation.” and walked away refusing to take questions.
What these guys did was not only unprofessional, but also unethical. Lawyers are not supposed to make up things or lie about what occurred. This is why lawyers should tell their clients to keep their mouths shut (if their clients are alive) and keep their own mouths shut. These guys have an agenda, are the most gullible people in the world, or are simply liars who want to make a name for themselves. It was a sad display.

I agree. This lawyer's tactics were bizarre. I can see saying "let's not jump to conclusions" and then the saying the rest of what you said.

This idiot on CNN just said that the removal of the bullet button and using a 30 rd mag in the ARs allowed them to turn these guns into automatic weapons. I can't wait to see if they run with this bullshite.
