That doesn't mean anything. Foreign nationals can get drivers licenses in Cali if they have a visa.

They are not entered into a database. We have those here. if you were to come up missing as a child the prints would then be put into the system nation wide.

Did you know fingerprints are not all unique and there are tons of cases of wrongful incarceration because the fingerprints matched but the person was on the other side of the world at the time?

I would expect that the Mom probably was over there a lot with the family and the newborn. In some cultures, Mom moves in. Hopefully they're interrogating the frick outta her.

This is partly true. Misidentification is true but not the matching part. It takes a lot to match a fingerprint to another 100%. There are so many loops, swirls and ends in each ridge. Matching 21 of them on my finger to 21 of them on a print left behind somewhere may be possible but including the entire print there will be some difference in it

I stand by my statement earlier, what was seen in that apartment, was exactly what FBI and NSA wanted to be seen,and everything appearing to be some big screw up,makes whatever angle they are working,that much more believable.
On top of that, it makes it impossible,for any politician (or group of them) to try to sell The American Public,on the idea that this was just workplace violence,or anything else besides a terrorist act.
None of this was accidental. We may never know what the game plan actually is,but there is one. This shite is huge and a lot of careers are riding on this.

When I was in Louisiana, I worked with a bunch of foreign Mexicans here legally on visas. They asked me one day to drive them to the DMV to get licenses. They got them no problem, and from what I can tell no big difference in license. The only difference I noticed was that it expired when their visa did. But you wouldn't have known that just by looking at the license.

I admit I haven't dealt with very many foreign nationals other than tourist and illegals that had no ID whatsoever
