I call 100% bullshite. A shot shell is all the same in all gauges, being a #4 shot or #8 shot.

yes he is a POS for setting booby traps but no, he isnt responsible for their injuries because they alone chose to invade his property.
Good luck with that argument in court

What if it were a fireman responding to a fire?

I'm guessing this guy would rather die in the blaze than have a trespasser on his land.

Did you not read the article? He got convicted in an elder abuse case and had to forfeit the property.
He then broke back into the property that wasn't his to set up his booby traps.
When you set up booby traps on property that legally isn't yours and a FBI agent gets shot by one...good luck with that.
Edit: Also, if he didn't get the FBI, the next people on the property were going to be the realtor and prospective buyers. If he'd shot one of them...

im a bit torn on this one, if the yard was booby trapped they the person who trips them did it to themselves.
im against charges on this one since the guy was evicted and wasnt even there so they have no basis for saying he could have prevented anyone from being hurt by warning them in advance.

i see this as no different then if he had a dog at the house that bit them. would they charge him for his dog biting the cop?? there is no difference in having a dog or setting traps for uninvited guests
This is just stupid.
It says that a real estate lawyer is the one who requested law enforcement to enter the home.
This is only an assumption, but I have to think that he did so because he had some concerns in which he didn't feel comfortable doing so himself.
He was forced to forfeit the property so he didn't own it. And in 2017 he was let out of jail for 2 weeks to prepare to turn over the property. Do you think he rigged up all those traps to protect property that was no longer his? More than likely he set that up with the intent to hurt whoever entered the property..
Johnny Cochran could come back from the dead, assemble the team he was on representing OJ and wouldn't be able to help this jerkoff.

So they found a spent .410 shell, and that's how the dumbass libtard reporter was able to spin it into .410 sized pellets.
