Seemed obvious. The weirdo creep was asking a 12 year old what her neighbors would think if they saw her with menstrual pads? Completely inappropriate and he is very lucky that father is a patient man because the initial comments PLUS the smart arse responses to the father would have earned him an arse kicking from a lot of men. I'm sure he will get one sooner rather than later if he keeps creeping on 12 year olds and smarting off to fathers.

It's lame to do it like that. On video, I get that it's funny and etc. Not everything needs to be recorded and shared for points.
But he should have asked his daughter for 1 pad to hang onto. waited for the guy to get off work, then beat his arse elsewhere. Watch him for a few days, see if he has any routines.
Private arse whipping happens, etc..and as he was trying to recover, dad then takes the pad out that he acquired earlier and shoves it in the guys mouth. With this, you have the option of telling him why or just leaving it at that and let him figure it out on his own. Take his phone and toss it.
Then he should pop his other tire whilst walking back to his own vehicle. That way the clerk is at least stranded with only a bloody pad to keep company.
