Am I wrong in thinking the bronco and bronco sport should be combined rather than separated? Wouldn't that essentially double their rating putting them at the top or am I failing to math

They never really die, just get passed down to a shittier driver with the brights stuck on in perpetuity.

I can explain the brights. Owners too poor or don't care to change the burnt out low beam bulb so they drive with high beams on all the time.

I've been that guy for a few days lol. Some people legit won't change them until the high beam finally goes out

two completely different chassis…so no. I will say I’m surprised to see either on that list while Jeep wrangler is not

That's because it's a combination of too slow and always stopped at a gas pump. Hard to have a rollover accident when you're pumping gas.

I have a 4Runner and gas has never been an issue. Granted, I had a V-8 truck previously that only got like 11-12 miles per gallon

lol…I had a 77 Trans Am back in the day. Screaming Eagle and all. She was fast but those T-Tops leaked like crazy. I never even had a moonroof after that. I had to special order this Camaro just because of that.

Corvette has nothing to do with the safety of the car. It’s the speed and the stupid thing you’re trying to do in it.

Exactly. Year models make a big difference also. From the C5 model up Vettes are pretty safe vehicles if you don’t drive them like a donkey..

Agree on C5 and later generations and how they are driven.
The C4's started the trend in making the Vette a much safer vehicle. The frames and suspension were redesigned and made stronger which also contributed to better handling. The driver and passenger seats were moved between the frame rails rather than above them as found on previous generations. Crumple zones were improved and the pillars were thicker. The doors were redesigned adding extra strength for side impacts. Most important, driver side airbags were added in '90 and passenger side followed in '94.
It was a big step forward in regard to safety from earlier generations.
