Damn! We are fully medically licensed with diplomas business licenses hanging up for everyone to see and an office in a medical park and only charge $10/unit for Botox and $250/syringe of Juvederm.
This "doctor" was doing it out of her apartment.
ETA:
With the government restrictions on ordering the same products from Canada for half the price, we will have to increase our fees.

They just needed some steel reinforcing and a couple of expansion joints to really complete the work.

I actually saw a patient a while back that had this done. She had systemic silicosis. She didn't die, but she has some fairly serious long term morbidity from using industrial grade silicone.
From what I've heard/read, these "doctors" will rent out a hotel room and more or less host an "injection party" where folks will have this done.
I can't say that I fully understand it.

I know the "doctor" should be imprisoned, and I am not defending it at all. It should be shot. But how fricking dumb do you have to be to PAY some freak to inject that shite into your body!?
