Yeah, that's a big NOPE from me too.
It's got me wondering just how much thought is being put into the safety of the people at ground level in case some of that scaffolding drops while trying to install it..............since they obviously don't care about the guy installing it working that high with no safety harness and walking on those round cross braces.
