No it didn't; it hit something in the road on the white line, unless the guardrail is in the road.

The trailer tracked right of the tractor. The right side guardrail is just outside the lane and the trailer hit it.

So there are 2 guardrails? I believe I see what you're looking at but if you look to the right of what it hit, the guardrail is a few feet away.

It hit a concrete road barrier (AKA Jersey Barrier). The metal guard rail is many feet away.
