Had bad fuel one time in my Tahoe. Damned thing shook like crazy. Turned it off, and restarted later. It ran fine for a minute or two then started shaking again. Turns out it was a bad batch of fuel with water in it.

Probably a misfire. Did the check engine light come on?

Is it throwing a CEL?

If not you probably have a bad motor mount.

No engine light. Run it for maybe 5 minutes and it starts vibrating. While driving and in park. Cups in my console rattle around

Have your dad sue Ford Motor Company, then use that money to go buy a new Silverado or Tundra.

Same thing happened to my step daughters Dodge charger(I know different vehicle). The problem was a bad ignition coil in one of the cylinders.

Buy a Ram, Chevy, GMC, or Toyota instead.

Sometimes if they actually check the air filter, they will pull a vacuum line or sensor wire off by accident. Also make sure the boot to the throttle body to air filter box is connected.

Temps cooled off some, and it rained. Truck nutz probably were not ready for it, and are shivering. Gotta wrap those things up when it gets below 65*.

Is the engine running smooth? If it is then it sounds like a motor mount. If it is spitting/sputtering/missing then it sounds like a problem that can be, like others have pointed out, in a coil pack/spark plug, etc.

What this guy said.
OP if you can’t telll if the motor isn’t missing or knocking then I don’t think anyone here can help you my dude. You’re gonna need to take it to someone who knows the difference.
After you get it figured out you need to spend some time paying attention to what your truck sounds like.
Also, don’t drive with broken motor mounts. If it rocks over and hits the break lines you can catch your truck on fire. Trust.
