USAA has been going downhill in customer service and their rates have skyrocketed. The one thing that concerns me about Geico is that they seem to spend so much on advertising. Hmmm, where is that budget coming from?!?!

Yes, and some friends have switched to them but I see that their reviews are fair to poor.
