I'm going to take a guess you're trying to establish percentiles from raw scores within a given range.

1. Get a real program like SAS or MATLAB which you can get free or for very little cost.
2. For shitty arse Excel try this:
Sort values lowest to highest then to identify the percentile you want
PERCENTILE(array,k)

The PERCENTILE function syntax has the following arguments:

Array Required. The array or range of data that defines relative standing.

K Required. The percentile value in the range 0..1, inclusive.

This is a homework question, isn't it.

The difference is 3.3 so that is conveniently scalable to the 99 difference between 1 and 100.

Each 0.1 between 2.58 and 5.88 = 3 on the 1-100 scale.
