Here's what I've been thinking. Someone told him about this and I wonder who. Some dude just doesn't "find out" about this "loophole" without having some idea where to look.

Curious who that was.

If the Patriots do have to pay him, all the money will be lost in civil suits. Lloyd and the double murder victims will file civil suits and more than likely win in both cases because the burden of proof is less and Hernandez never really denied being at the double murder, just that he didn't do it. His estate is currently at $0 so the chances his family ever sees any money at all is almost 0%.

I bet his lawyer that provided the advice to get the money from the Pats will get paid though.

The Pats are already on record saying they WILL NOT be paying the money. Interested how this plays out

Idiotic in this sense, absolutely needed and necessary law.

We should prove guilt to the fullest extent. If we are even remotely questioned in someone's guilt, we should not jail them. We should protect freedom at all costs. Loss of freedom = civic death.

It's just sad that it also gets applied to dirtbags like him but our constitution is working when we defend the liberties and constitutional rights of ALL People

It's a shame American's homophobia made him off himself.

It's a shame that he was a thug who ruined his own life by not respecting life and killing people, and thus ending up in prison in the first place.
