The old dead Founder of the KKK Forresst was dug up once (1904) from a private cemetary & moved to the place he is now.

My father doesn't care much about statues, but he always keeps a mini-Confederate flag at the grave of a Confederate soldier buried at our small-town cemetery. If anybody tried to challenge him on it, the result would not be good (for either person).
