Ever had a child’s toy you couldn’t figure out how to put together

This trampoline I purchased for my two year old is legit crazy hard to put together. It’s a small one with the net that goes up about 4 foot. It’s ridiculous. I’m not the most mechanical guy, but I’m typically able to figure things out with time. Anyone else have something that you couldn’t figure out?

I haven’t given up hope yet, just had enough for today.

Mini kitchen for my two year old daughter with around 130 pieces almost ruined my marriage.

Not putting together, but try transforming the new transformer toys from the movie.

I bought my son 2 of the same one, one to stay the robot, and the other to stay the car. fk that

A huge God damn swing set for grand babies two years ago about killed me. I always thought stuff would get easier throughout the years but how very wrong I was.

No. But I can rebuild a transmission without watching Youtube.

That said... getting the toy out of the box has been an issue at times. I mean, I really shouldn't need a box cutter and screwdriver to open a damn toy.

Basketball goal....good God, that basketball goal. The pole was in 3 pieces. I put the 3 together, but were there should have been a hole on each side for through bolt, there was one. Step bit, regular bit, hole saw, etc...nothing worked. So on Christmas eve, I'm beating the ever-loving hell out of this thing with a tire iron to make a new hole. Eventually got it through. The next morning, while the kids were playing, I was looking at it....I used the wrong flipping end of the tube.

Did the same one 2 years ago for my daughter. I finally read the instructions and turns outI was trying to do things out of order. It was probably impossible to do it any other way than following instructions. And also dont tighten the bolts all the way down until you get the frame completely assembled.

ETA: It was still a major PITA even after following the instructions. Good luck.

You are supposed to wait until Christmas Eve night and start putting everything together after you been drinking heavily. That’s always good times. They are always packing extra screws and shite in all my kids toys.
