I'm way over right now. I can't remember the last change. I use Royal Purple, but am closer to 300k than 250k, so I really shouldn't be so lax. I'm going to use this post as a reminder to change the oil this weekend.

no, that job is best done with a lift so i go by my tire repair place and let them do that.
but while its on the lift i go under there and check my own front end for loose worn items and look for oil leaks. if you know the guy its never an issue but they wouldnt let you do that at walmart or pep boys or some chain place like that.

The absolute best oil I've tested. Performed better in lubricity tests with 50% water than any of the other oils did without moisture content. I think the lubricity tester was going to fail before the oil.
