What do you want done about your poor job choices & anecdotal stories ?
I'm 53, had to retire from my regular job due to cancer, pretty sure I've beaten the cancer, but it drained me financially, had to go back to work

Went into a dollar general the other day because it was next door to the grocery store and I needed a cheap umbrella. I was floored. A lady in line two people up tried to use three different credit cards that had all been declined then turned to me and the guy in front of me like a homeless person asking to pay for her stuff. Then the guy in front of me (Hispanic) acted like he didn't speak and kept trying to pay for $20 worth of shite with $5 worth of change. I just put the umbrella back up and walked out.

Years ago I worked for a department store chain. You could barely go in the dressing rooms because of the smell from customers peeing on the theft sensors to deactivate them.

Don't be ashamed for a hard day's work.

Yeah, I'm a lowly employee of a dollar store, pretty pathetic I know,
You sound like a pretty good dude, doing what you have to do after beating cancer. Who gives a frick what you do for a living, that doesn't matter.

You work in Opelousas? I'm surprised it's not much worse than that.

they start to cherry pick certain items they no longer want.
No money for items so they remove them. What's the problem?
