Neighbor's electrical pole is leaning away from his house pulling on the pole on his roof causing damage. He said he called and they told him to call an electrician. Can anyone put us in contact that can actually do something?

The Entergy pole his service wire is on? If he’s in a subdivision and the pole is out by the street then that’s an Entergy problem.

Yep. That's what I said. You know the lowers always try to pass the buck. So trying to find someone with a little status that can make something happen

Typically,the customer’s electrician installs the meter base and weatherhead with some pigtails hanging out. I don’t think Entergy would want the customer messing with that connection. Sounds like some miscommunication to me.
