Judge Mike Erwin released a statement saying that because the police report said no one there heard it, he can deny that he called Ms. Johnson the N-word.
Where is the Lyft driver Eugene?
Will he allow a lie to be told the way the woman lied on Emmet Till did for 50 years?
Judge Erwin has said nothing about being banned from Sammy's, he has said nothing about his conduct, he has said nothing about other reports of his actions at Sammy's.
The news allowing that statement to be it is pure trash. But I'm not surprised.
