Maybe this was answered and I missed it, but why on Gods green earth are the police wasting our tax dollars investigating whether or not someone dropped an N Bomb?
This is the legal equivalent of the cops coming out because I call someone a doo-doo head.
Shouldn't the cops be officially reprimanded for wasting time/resources?

The cops are only doing what they are told by elected officials.

Somebody needs to explain to Gravy how the judicial system works in this country, namely the concept that you're innocent until proven guilty, not the other way around.

They have to respond to the complaint, no matter how dumb it sounds. I once had to respond to a complaint that two girls(meth heads) stated that their neighbor was having a crab boil next door and didn't invite them.

The interesting thing is that Sammy barred him from the place, before even hearing his side. Of course the bartenders are going to side with a local judge, but the banning indicates that they no longer want to deal with him. Perhaps he has a drinking problem?
Anyhow, sounds overblown, but another district judge just came back off an undefined leave of absence, so drinking problem is not out of the question. Judges have to be really careful.

The "banning" has been covered 100 times already. Sammy is worried about his business and nothing else. He should have just banned them both and called it good. By only banning one, he fanned the flames as much as Gary (Gravy).

I would imagine though that these situations bring him followers to his website/blog. That may amount to money directly and/or indirectly.
I mean look at some of the people on his Facebook that hang on to every word he says.
