Actually it was just a question

Right? If you're lifting weights and trying to build muscle, that shake would be on top of your diet. You'd want to be at a calorie surplus.

What's wrong with carrying an umbrella Mr. Cool Biker Man?

I'm sorry, let me make it easier for you:
1. Are you considered overweight?
A.) Yes
B.) NO

I probably would if Houston didn't have tunnels. Can't go to meetings soaking wet

Inside joke from another thread. But to answer his questions, no, i'm not a "fatty". I don't look like I just came out of a Japanese prison camp, but I'm not a "fattie". I just found it funny as hell a guy would ask another guy such a question.

Isn't carrying an umbrella on rainy days... normal? (I'm actually not sure since I live in Arizona ha. We just run for cover
)

Don't get your panties in a wad, Nancy. It was a joke from another thread.

Am I supposed to wear a poncho when walking down the street while it's raining?
Never mind. I see it was an inside joke from the umbrella thread.

But you didn't find judging other people's eating habits funny?
With the obesity rate in America, you didn't know men could have eating disorders?

For the love, I'm sorry if I've triggered you here. That first post, much like the umbrella post, was a joke. Just laugh (or not) and move on. No need to get all up in arms and offended or whatever.

Replacing meals with a shake wouldn't be for someone trying to build muscle, it would be for someone trying to cut weight
Not necessarily. There are plenty of meal replacement shakes which are just as calorically dense as an actual meal.

Right, but that isn't what the study is suggesting, or at least what I read of it:
quote:
they replaced regular meals with dietary supplements not intended to be meal replacements.

decipher risky legal supplement use; the scale was found to correlate significantly with well-established diagnostic indicators of an eating disorder such as eating concern and restrictive eating.

I always spill on myself while eating, that's got to be some kind of disorder.
