This is so true. The latest thing in Texas is fraudulent paper license plates. This is a lawless society of spoiled children.

Yes. It would've been totally against me. Pulling cameras, the people they'd subpoena...it was just a bad situation. Sucks.
What did you do? Smash some propery? Injure pedestrians? Need more details.

sorry but you do not deserve to drive. Uber or walk everywhere for the next year and you might learn how to be a normal member of society...
Drunk driving isn't as big of a deal as you make it to be
Some people are good at driving drunk, and drive BETTER while drunk because they know they have to concentrate more
DUI laws are stupid. Unless you are REALLY shite faced I see no issue with driving after a few beers.

Not a cop. Since you're in AZ, you get a pass. He's very well known around BR, and hasn't ever had a commercial. Really good guy, and I still see his stickers on cars from time to time

I know he isn't a cop, I am just wondering what lawyer worth a shite goes from being a defense attorney to a prosecutor????

My son got a DWI at 18. Dumbest thing he's ever done in his life.
We hired a lawyer that specialized in DWI. He advised that my son begin the classes before he went to court. He also said he should go ahead and start community service. We did all he advised.
We got to court and the girl before my son had a DWI. She showed up with some old lawyer. She'd done nothing before going to court and she was in an accident (single car accident). The judge threw the book at her. Made an 18 year old girl do three weekends in jail, gave her a big fine and suspended her license.
My son was next on the docket. Because he did the work beforehand the judge suspended everything and it ended up not even showing on his record.
Lesson to the OP. Do your work up front.
