When we moved to our current house, I had the charter internet transferred from our old place.

The bill was always on autodraft so I never paid attention to it.

A little over a year after we moved in we had French drains installed. During the process they cut my cable line.

In the process of trying to get it repaired, turns out they did connect the service at my new house (obviously) but they had also closed out my account. I suddenly realized that I had been getting free internet for over a year. Needless to say, they fixed the glitch.

I was extremely pissed
