Well, one has the potential to help people and save lives and the other is just a drain on society.
Also, the doctor didn't commit a crime while acting as a representative of her employer on the hospital campus.

Actually that is incorrect. This was the guy video taping the Asian guy with the camera. I believe he is white.

Was it Michael Brown's stepfather that wanted to "burn this bitch down"? That seems several degrees worse than the empty threat made by the Click creature.
It does seem a no-brainer that the video should end her career as an academic as she is clearly shown to be morally and ethically unfit. But we all know it won't. She'll end up getting her tenure less than a year off schedule.
